This website introduces our approach to AI implementation and business improvement and provides general information. Its content is not tailored legal, financial, medical, security, or other professional advice. Consider your circumstances and obtain qualified advice where appropriate before relying on information or making business decisions.

We aim to keep content useful and accurate, but information, service descriptions, availability, and examples may change. Nothing on this website guarantees a particular saving, revenue increase, adoption rate, timeline, or business result.

2. Enquiries, Readiness Calls, and services

Submitting an enquiry gives us permission to respond about your request. It does not automatically reserve a meeting, require either party to proceed, or create a paid services agreement. We may contact you to understand your needs before sharing a scheduling link.

Consulting and implementation engagements require a separate written agreement covering the scope, fees, responsibilities, confidentiality, data handling, deliverables, and other applicable terms. That agreement controls the services if it conflicts with these website terms. No payment is collected through the public enquiry form.

3. Permitted use

You may use this website for lawful personal and internal business purposes, including evaluating our services. You must not:

• Submit false, misleading, unlawful, or unauthorized information, impersonate another person, or use the site to harass others.
• Introduce malware, interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, or bypass access or security controls.
• Use the site to send spam, harvest personal contact information, or infringe another person’s rights.

If you submit information on behalf of a business or another person, you are responsible for having authority to do so. Please provide accurate contact details so we can respond.

You retain your rights in information you provide. You allow us and the providers we use to process it as reasonably needed to respond to your enquiry, provide what you request, and operate the website, as described in our Privacy Policy.

The public enquiry form is for basic contact information. Do not use it to send passwords, payment-card details, health records, privileged legal material, trade secrets, or confidential customer information. Confidential project exchanges should use a separately agreed channel and, where appropriate, a written confidentiality agreement.

5. Content and intellectual property

FWD and its licensors retain rights in the website’s text, design, branding, images, and other material, except where stated otherwise. You may view, link to, and print reasonable portions for personal or internal business evaluation, keeping relevant ownership notices. Other uses require permission or a right under applicable law. These terms do not transfer ownership of FWD branding or grant rights beyond those held by FWD.

Third-party content remains subject to its owner’s rights and applicable licence. Some images are AI-generated illustrations or stock photography. Unless expressly identified otherwise, imagery is illustrative and does not represent FWD employees, clients, client premises, or completed engagements. Project-specific intellectual property is governed by the relevant services agreement.

6. Third-party services and links

The site may use or link to services such as HubSpot, Calendly, Substack, and Vercel. Your use of those services may also be governed by their terms and privacy notices. We do not control external websites, their content, or their availability. A link does not by itself imply endorsement. We may add, change, or remove integrations and links.

7. Availability and warranties

To the extent permitted by law, this website and its general informational content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, reliable operation, accuracy for a particular use, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated material or third-party content. Use appropriate human judgment and review.

We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue website features, including where reasonably needed for maintenance, security, misuse prevention, or legal compliance. Separate written commitments for paid services remain governed by the applicable services agreement.

8. Limits of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FWD will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or its general information, including lost profits, lost opportunities, or lost data.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable mandatory consumer protections. Liability relating to a paid engagement is addressed in the separate services agreement.

9. Applicable law

These website terms are governed by Illinois law and applicable United States federal law, without applying conflict-of-law rules. This choice does not remove any non-waivable protections or rights that apply to you under other applicable law. If a concern arises, please contact us so we can try to resolve it.

10. Updates and interpretation

We may revise these terms by posting an updated version and changing the date above. Changes apply prospectively, subject to any notice or agreement required by law. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision in one situation does not waive the right to enforce it later.
